Network Support Specialist

Our client in RI is seeking a Network Support Specialist.
This position will:
- Manage and implement computer network sys
- Integrate apps with Active Dir. platforms/other IT sys
- Support customer/internal networks
- Analyze network performance/recommend enhancements
Requirements:
- At least 4 years network support experience (enterprise-level)
- Considerable, complex and multilayered network config/support experience
- Exceptional network layer (3) routing/switching troubleshooting skills
- Conversance in network change mgt/config policy
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, customer service skills
- Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching cert
Preferred Requirements:
- College degree
- At least 3 years Cisco IP environment experience, including:
- Support
- Sys Admin
- Other preferences
