Business Analyst

Our client in Eastern Massachusetts is seeking a Business Analyst.
This position will:
- Work as scrum environ team member focused on:
- Documenting user stories
- Supporting test iteration/validation
- Function as BA, especially to:
- Work on new system implementation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years req gathering experience, inlcuding:
- Eliciting
- Analyzing
- Specifying
- Verifying
- 3 –5 years of healthcare/insurance domain knowledge, including:
- Med claim bus. workflows and
- Adjudication systems
- 1-3 years distributed tech architecture experience
- 1-2 years rapid iteration dev environ experience
- Excellent elicitation/listening skills
- Superior analytical skills
- Facilitation/interface skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Polished organizational skills
