Our client in Central Virginia is seeking a SQL Server DBA.

This position will:

• Plot and orchestrate db administration (incl. RDBs)
• Guarantee proper and efficient data usage with:
  • Defining
  • Structuring
  • Documenting
  • Long-range reqs
  • Ops guidelines
  • Consult on/manager sys-level config mod optimizations

Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant professional experience, including:
  • Strong db tuning skills
  • Triggers
  • Stored procedures
  • Exception handling
  • MS skill such as:
    • VS
    • SQL Server Mgt
    • SSRS
    • SSIS
    • SSAS
    • Script skills

Educational Requirements:

• MCDBA cert (pref.)
