Our Management Team

Millennium’s top management team, comprised of industry experts Paul Hansen and Kyle Van Brocklin, believe that supporting an organization’s IT initiatives with qualified, effective professionals requires more than matching resumes to job descriptions. With 40 years of combined experience, they have been helping organizations manage complex and diverse IT challenges up and down the east coast. Their innovative, intense, hands-on approach assures that Millennium Consulting meets the high-standards required for organizations to remain competitive in a global economy.

Paul Hansen, Founder and Director
Paul Hansen started his career in the technical staffing industry in 1982 as a contracts/sales manager for a firm now ranked in the top ten in United States market share with annual sales of nearly $1 billion. He was the firm’s top salesperson, generating close to $7 million in annual sales. Paul became sales manager and assistant branch manager, where he managed the largest sales and recruiting staff in the country.

In 1985, Paul spearheaded the establishment of a new IT staffing company. In just five years, he built a solid firm with 50 employees and 500 consultants. In 1992, the company earned $25 million in sales. The firm’s stock is now publicly traded, and revenues top $150 million per year. During this period, Paul served as chapter president and board member of the National Technical Services Association, formerly the leading industry trade group for professional and technical contract staffing firms.

From 1992 to1996, Paul consulted to service-oriented organizations on leadership and management, business planning and valuation, human resources development, and sales and management training.

Paul founded Millennium Consulting in 1996. In 2000, the Providence Business News recognized the firm as one of the top three fastest growing companies in Rhode Island with revenues in excess of $10 million.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses. He holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Rhode Island.

Charles Kyle Van Brocklin, Chief Financial Officer
Since 2003, Kyle has managed all of Millennium Consulting’s financial operations. He is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked for the accounting firm of Sansiveri, Kimball & McNamee, L.L.P. He has also owned and managed several businesses in addition to his work as a certified public accountant.
