Our Strengths

Each candidate interviews with a Millennium resource manager and with one of our long-term consultants for personality, cultural fit and for technical expertise.

Candidates must provide at least two references and demonstrate their technical qualifications through an independent online skills assessment partner.  This objective, independent, and comprehensive knowledge measurement ensures our consultants possess the skills and abilities our clients expect.

While our consultants perform, they also transfer their knowledge to enable your staff to develop increased value and expertise.  Consultants with varying skills mentor your staff as they support the successful completion of a project.  Enhancing your knowledge is as important as increasing ours. 

In addition to our long-term regular consultants, we also maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates ready to furnish their expertise for our clients.
